Membership Qualification

1. Referral or Invitation

   • Provide the Membership Referral letter / Email, which will have the Membership AEM - Code.

   • Membership by invitation provides a potential Client with a special Administration Code.​​

2. Introduction & Pre-Screening

   • Initial vetting and or online interview.

   • This typically includes a brief bio, investment history, and rationale for interest.​

3. Formal Application Submission

   • Submit a comprehensive application, including:

   • Proof of funds or assets under management

   • Investment track record (if applicable)

   • Personal and professional background

   • Statement of intent or letter of interest

   • Disclosure of affiliations or potential conflicts​​​

4. Due Diligence & Background Checks

   • Financial integrity, criminal background, and reputation are verified.

   • Check for regulatory infractions or business history.

   • Confidentiality and discretion are key throughout this phase.​

5. Committee or Board Review

   • The membership committee evaluates feedback and conducts a formal vote.

   • A single objection (in some cases) can block admission, depending on the structure.​

6. Membership Offer & Capital Commitment

   • If accepted, you receive a formal invitation.

   • You'll be required to commit a minimum capital amount, typically on your Tier selection.

   • Legal agreements, NDAs, and codes of conduct are signed at this stage.​

7. Orientation or Onboarding

   • You may receive access to a proprietary platform, member-only briefings, or assigned mentors. 

   • Inactivity, breaches of conduct, or underperformance may lead to the revocation of a member.
